When purchasing goods via the themegatoyauction.co.uk website on a first come first served basis, we cannot be held responsible for differing network speeds that you may encounter. The site has been rigorously stress tested and can serve over 5,000 concurrent users.

All customers are entitled to  14 day return policy as standard.

If any goods are delivered which are not satisfactory, please note ALL postage costs to return the goods to us are liable for full payment by yourselves solely – You will also be deducted from your refund the outbound delivery costs.

We endeavor to achieve a 10/10 in terms of service, however, we are not immune to the odd hiccup. Communication is the way forward. All goods are payable in full before being despatched. Once we have confirmation of payment goods are despatched within 1-2 working days.

Please note: We will not be held financially responsible for any late deliveries by 3rd parties such as couriers as this is fully out of our control. As a result, we do NOT refund payments made on an order for delivery costs.

Though we take great care to package your goods up before handing them over to a 3rd party courier service for delivery, we will not be held responsible for any damage to the products’ packaging within transit.

Please note: Delivery timescales may differ depending on the time of year. During regular season please allow 1-3 working days for delivery. During the peak Christmas shopping season please allow up to 4 Working days for delivery of all order – Please note working days do not include weekends.

Klarna payment options

Through our payment partner Klarna, we are able to offer you 3 easy methods of payment – 

• Pay in 30 days – This form of credit allows you to delay payment of your purchase by 30 days without interest or fees. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with payment instructions from Klarna. You’ll then have 30 days until your payment is due.
• Pay 3 interest-free installments – Split your purchases into 3 interest-free monthly payments. The first payment is made at the point of purchase, with the remaining payments scheduled automatically every 30 days. Your payments are automatically withdrawn from your connected card or bank account according to the agreed payment schedule, but you can make early payments anytime you wish.
• Pay now – Pay for your order immediately using your preferred debit or credit card.

Klarna evaluates your ability to pay by assessing available data to ensure responsible lending.

When a credit check is performed, we verify your identity using the details you provided and look at information from your credit report to understand your financial behavior and evaluate your creditworthiness.

Please note that this is entirely a service offered by Klarna and we do not process any of the credit functions for transactions.

We do have no influence on Klarna’s  decision to agree to or reject your use of this credit system.

 

PayPal Pay in 3

Through our payment partner PayPal, we are able to offer you their new Pay in 3 method of payment. This allows you to break your payment into three. Payment one on order and the subsequent two, one month after initial payment an a further month after the second.

Please note that this is entirely a service offered by PayPal and we do not process any of the credit functions for transactions.

We do have no influence on PayPal’s decision to agree to or reject your use of this credit system.

Other important points:

Please note after you have placed your order, we cannot amend, change or cancel any orders – Once you have placed your order this is your purchase. 

We can only dispatch to the address you supply – Please ensure your delivery address details are correct when placing your order as these are what the courier will deliver too – these cannot be amended.

Please note after delivery scans have been applied to the tracking of your parcel, should you have any issues with your order we require notice of issues to be reported to us within 3 days of delivery – issues reported outside of this timeframe cannot be enacted upon.
